Purchase process

• The online purchase process is handled by shareit.com.
• You will receive a download link to the latest DayPilot Pro version immediately after the order is processed.
• You will receive another e-mail (directly from us) with login information for the customer area within 48 hours from the order.
• The new versions are released on a regular basis (one major version per month) and are announced in the blog.

Upgrading to a higher number of licenses

• If you decide to upgrade to a higher number of licenses (e.g. from 1 to 5 developers) you pay the difference between the price you paid and the current price of the higher package. Please contact sales@daypilot.org to get the upgrade.

Subscription renewal

• The subscription can be renewed for 25% of the full price per year. You will automatically receive e-mail with renewal instructions one month before the expiration of your current subscription.
• You can renew the subscription any time after expiration. The new subscription will start the next day after the expiration. That means that if you renew after 18 month from expiration you will have to buy subscription for at least two years.
