Bug fixes

1. Visual Studio 2005 design-time preview was not working properly (DayPilot Scheduler)

The design time preview for DayPilot Scheduler was not working properly (an error message instead of a control outline).

2. JavaScript error when Resources collection is empty (IE only, DayPilot Scheduler)

Caused by trying to assign .style.height = "-1px". IE doesn't accept this invalid value.

3. Exception messages (+stack trace) not sent properly to the client (DayPilot Scheduler)

DayPilot Scheduler didn't sent the exception details with the callback result (only 'An exception was thrown in the server-side event handler:' message was appearing).
